Maybe you have a product idea, a repetitive task to automate, or systems that cost too much and data that's hard to use.

Whatever your starting point, Accelra brings the software, data, and engineering experience to put AI to work for you.

Companies we have worked with now pay less to run their systems, and their people spend less time on repetitive work. We review the results with your team and improve the workflow as you use it.

Keeping your data safe, building it right, and keeping it running are part of the plan from day one.

We build and run our own products too. PokerInk, a poker coach on the App Store and Google Play. And AI agents for your team, working in Microsoft Teams. What we learn shapes what we build for you.

Start with a call. We'll understand your problem and agree on what to build, the cost, and the timeline. You'll get something useful early, with progress we review together.

Accelra. People who care about what they build, and who they build it for. Book a call. Let's talk about what's next.

    Before we talk

    A few things
    you might wonder

Have a different question? Send us a note.

Do I need a technical brief?

No. Bring an idea, a task your team repeats, or an example of work getting stuck. We’ll help you understand the options and what needs to be clarified.

What happens on the first call?

We set aside 30 minutes on Google Meet to hear what you want to build or improve, discuss your goals and constraints, and see whether we can help. You don’t need a prepared presentation.

    What will the work cost?

That depends on the work, the systems involved, and the support you need. We agree scope and price before delivery begins. If discovery would help define the project, we agree its scope and terms separately before starting.

Does the solution have to use AI?

No. Sometimes simplifying a process or connecting existing tools is enough. We choose the approach around what you need to achieve.

Can you work with our existing team and systems?

Yes. We start by understanding your tools and how your team works. We’ll discuss what can connect, where specialist help is useful, and who will take responsibility for each part.

    What happens after launch?

We agree testing, handover, and any ongoing support with you as part of the project, so you know who will maintain the work and what help is available.

What would you like to build or improve?

Bring an idea, a question, or a system that needs attention. You don’t need a technical brief—let’s talk through a useful next step.
